Jenni has been with Americollect for a year and a half, overseeing large projects, process improvements, implementing new vendors and speech analytics. She also has responsibility for managing the Customer Service and Insurance Departments and providing Ridiculously Nice Service to all of Americollect’s Customers and Clients. Prior to Americollect, Jenni worked at Humana for 21 years where she developed an extensive background in project management, implementation, relationship building with key clients and identification of budget enhancements.
