Joe joined EOS USA in 2014 and designed an automated compliance and quality assurance program using CallMiner Eureka and MyEureka. Joe received CallMiner training through the Accelerator program, and mastered the art of speech analytics by becoming a Certified Business Intelligence Analyst (BIA) in 2015. He continues to work closely with his initial CallMiner trainer / BIA who now serves as a Customer Success Director. Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Tufts University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Boston University.
