Mark Paetz joined Higher Ed Growth in 2012 with a background in call center operations, quality assurance, and management. Using his experience, he is responsible for successfully implementing new process improvement methodologies and leveraging speech analytics with his quality assurance department. He ensures customer contact interactions are compliant and delivering a high quality customer experience, through monitoring, scoring, and training.
