Steve Wilton is the founder and principal consultant for Wilton & Associates Inc. a boutique contact center consulting and solutions company. Steve is a seasoned contact center professional with over 20 years of experience in customer service, sales, and building and delivering customized solutions and programs for clients. He specializes in understanding and translating organizational goals and objectives into executable business strategies to enhance technology, people and processes in the contact center.

Steve has worked with many customers delivering all aspects of consulting and solutions for contact centers, and has evolved the business focus to being a highly value added partner to customers for speech analytics success. Steve believes that there is a gap in the marketplace his company is filling in supporting customers’ speech analytics programs and implementations while leveraging deep contact center consulting expertise. He believes this combination leads to faster and more frequent successes for his customers.
